-Sale begins Saturday, 10-2 , Sunday 1-3
-Numbers for controlled entry will be available one hour before doors open.
-One number per person.
-We do not honor written lists for the lines. We use numbers only.
-Please respect our neighbors when parking and make sure not to block their driveways, thank you!
-There are no pre-sales and we do not give out prices prior to the sale.
-We do not reduce prices on the first day of the sale. Prices may be reduced on the last day of the sale.
-We accept credit cards, cash and checks for less than $200 with ID.
-All items are sold 'As Is' - no refunds, exchanges or returns.
-Please bring your own help to load large items.
-We are not responsible for any damage due to items being moved.
-Please plan to load large items at the end of each sale day. Moving large items during the sale is disruptive to the sale and creates unsafe conditions. If these rules are broken you will be asked to leave and will not be allowed back to our sales, sorry!
-Bring your own help to move heavy items to your car!
-Food or drinks are not allowed inside of the sale.
-Look for upcoming photos as we stage this lovely home!
