**Winning bidders are responsible to pick up items and bring necessary equipment to move items. Please come prepared with moving equipment, tools, and vehicle large enough to transport your purchase. You are responsible for having the necessary labor to move and load the items. Due to insurance reasons, our staff cannot assist with lifting and loading.**
Payment: Your bid is a contract to pay for won items. You are responsible for honoring it.
The payment deadline for items you win is 6pm the day after the auction ends. If not paid by deadline we will resell your items and your bidding account will be suspended. Unpaid bills may be sent to collections.
**15% Buyer’s Premium added to final bid price**
