Spectacular Estate Sale

Terms

1- We accept Cash, Local Check with pictured ID, Credit/Debit cards.
2- 7% sales tax will be collected unless tax exempt information is provided. (sorry, no way around it)
3- No food, drinks or pets allowed.
5- All Sales Are Final / No refunds or exchange. All items are AS IS! Please examine them closely before you pay for them.
6- This is a 3 day sale ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday). All purchased items must be picked up by Sunday 6:00pm.
7- Please bring your own packaging, boxes and truck. We do not deliver or load furniture. Make sure you have help loading your items.
8- Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
9- Please keep small children in your control at all times.
10- If an item does not have a ticket, please ask an associate for assistance. It may not be for sale or the ticket may have been removed.
11- Public rest rooms available at this sale.
12- We will do some pre-sale pricing and sales prier to the sale. Call for information on this.
13- We are not responsible for accidents.
14- We reserve the right to refuse to serve or allow entrance to anyone.
15- Have fun and be safe.
16- There will be a 3% up charge for Credit and Debit card purchases.
17- Some prices are negotiable the first day.
