We accept Cash, Local Check with pictured ID, Credit/Debit cards. 3% up charge for Cards.
Sales tax will be collected unless tax exempt information is provided. (Sorry, no way around it)
All Sales Are Final / No refunds or exchange. All items are AS IS! Please examine them closely before you pay for them.
This is a 3 day sale (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). All purchased items must be picked up by Sunday 4:00pm.
Please bring your own packaging, boxes and truck. We do not deliver or load furniture. Make sure you have help loading your items.
If an item does not have a ticket, please ask an associate for assistance.
No public restrooms are at this site.

We offer pre-sale on most of our sales! This is the way it works - if you see an item you would like to purchase, please call or text (please do not e-mail) 336-302-1321 and make an offer or we can negotiate a price before the sale date and then you can pick up your item or items at that time. The best way is to text a picture of the items you are interested in so I will know exactly what it is you are looking at. Once I receive the picture, I can text you back the price. Keep in mind I can't possibly remember all the prices, so please give us time to get back to the location for pricing. Why stand in line only to see what you came to buy walking out the door or at a price that you couldn't see until the sale date? We understand that you may not be able to make it to every sale, so we offer this pre-sale for your convenience. If you really want it, call us.
