All Sales Are Final / No refunds or exchange. All items are AS IS! Please examine them closely before you pay for them.
This is a 3 day sale (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). All purchased items must be picked up by Sunday 4:00pm.
Please bring your own packaging, boxes and truck. We do not deliver or load furniture. Make sure you have help loading your items.
If an item does not have a ticket, please ask an associate for assistance.
We have public restrooms at this site.

If you are interested in presale, please call or text to 336-302-1321. Text a picture of the items you are interested in. We will get back to you as soon as we can with information about the items. Please limit your request to a couple of items. We get hundreds of phone calls about pricing, descriptions, colors, dimensions and so on. We do the presale as a convenience to you, so you don’t have to stand in line the day of the sale. We can also schedule a presale look at the items. This will be done by appointment only. We welcome all dealers to our sales but remember presale is first day pricing. All of our sales are as follows, 100% first day, 25% off second day and 50% off last day. Thanks for looking and hope to see you at the sale if not before.
