* We accept cash, checks and credit cards (w/ 3% credit card fee). Per NC Senate Bill 557 (S.B.557), all Estate/Tag Sale operations must collect sales tax.
* For your safety, the safety of others we reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers entering the sale.
* Note: if homeowner lives on the sale site, the address will NOT be published until 4:30 AM the morning of the sale.
* Numbers will be passed out 60 minutes prior to start of sale to determine entrance order and each person will need a number for entry.
* Please note, we DO NOT use or honor sign-up sheets.
* NO previews, pre-sales or prices given out prior to sale. Exceptions (if any) to price disclosures will be noted on photos.
* Exception to pre-sales: at family's request, we will offer certain items (e.g. vehicles) as a pre-sale. Rules for any pre-sales will be posted.
* All valuables are stored off-site until day of the sale.
* Please remember that items may be added (and occasionally removed) by the family prior to the sale date(s).
* Prices are NOT negotiable since our sales contain merchandise honestly presented and fairly priced.
* All items are sold “AS IS” with no implied or expressed warranties. Please look over your purchases carefully. NO REFUNDS.
* Please come prepared to wrap and pack your own purchases. While we do occasionally provide wrapping paper and boxes, this is not always the case.
* All purchased items must be removed prior to close of business on the last day of sale.
* Please bring your own help and tools for the loading of large items.
* Please do not park in or block the driveway unless you are loading large items. Please do not block neighbors driveways or park in their yards.
* We reserve the right to refuse to serve or allow entrance to anyone.
* Not responsible for accidents.
* An estate sale can be a great place to teach your children about history, however we ask that they be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
* Remember your “estate sale etiquette”. Please be very respectful of the homeowner’s house and belongings.

This living estate tag sale will take place Friday, April 30th (10 am - 5 pm) and Saturday, May 1st (9 am - 4 pm). It will feature a full home with a variety of items including, but not limited to: 10,000+ pieces of costume jewelry (no, we’re not kidding), pieces of vintage sterling jewelry and Native American sterling jewelry, furniture, martial arts equipment, numerous purses, 100’s of Gymboree and other name brand children’s clothing pieces (all sizes, 95% with tags), women's clothing (sizes 12-18, many still with tags), 70’s, 80’s and 90’s baseball cards, NBA, NFL & NASCAR trading cards, jewelry accessories and displays used for photographing stock for online retail business, numerous high-end cosmetics also from online retail business, unusual collectibles, mid-century items, and many other great finds in Randleman, NC!
