Online Auction Listing Terms and Conditions:

When you register to Bid the Platform will ask for an "AFFILIATE", click the drop down box and check "KENNETH SMITHEY"

Please make sure you have read and understand all the terms of this sale before bidding.

Please come prepared with help, tools & packing material needed to load your items on Pick Up day.

All descriptions & references made are our opinion only. Please make your own judgement as to what you think the item is and who it is attributed to before Bidding. We have tried very hard to give the best and most accurate descriptions as possible as we do not want to miss lead anyone but we could make a mistake.

 Extended Bidding: If a bid is placed in the last 1 minute(s) the auction will automatically extend for an additional 1 minute(s)

ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AT CONCLUSION OF AUCTION WITH CREDIT CARD ON FILE

If you do not have a "Valid" credit card on file please do not Bid. 

If we are unable to bill your invoice for full payment at end of auction you will have 24 hours to make payment or you will be Banned from all future auctions which could Ban you from any other auctions on the APROBID platform.

Invoices will be emailed by 11:00PM the day auction ends.

Buyers are fully responsible for paying their invoice.

Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee. If re-listing fee is not paid you will be banned from all future auctions.

No open house for this auction. Viewing by appointment only

We do offer shipping. 

You will be billed for them auction items won after auction closes then after we box and package we will get a price quote from SHIPPING SAINT and they will bill you separately just for the shipping charge.

Shipping is only offered on items less than 70 lbs. It may take 5 to 10 days to ship your items.

Shipping Charges will be actual shipping costs with UPS, USPS or FEDEX Plus insurance & packing materials.

We can not quote shipping costs on pickup day. We will contact you within 5 days after auction to quote costs and line up shipping of your items

 Failure to make arrangements to examine the merchandise prior to the auction in no way relieves successful bidder for the obligation to pay for the items purchased.
 

Descriptions: Photos can sometimes be deceiving in sizes, colors, or other condition. We try to provide as much information as possible and place a ruler or object in photo to help you judge for yourself.
All information offered as part of the listing is for reference only. Potential bidders are responsible for verifying information and making sound judgements before bidding/purchasing any and all items.

There will be 8 lots closing every 3 minutes.

All lots will remain open for bidding so long as bids are received prior to the scheduled ending time. If a bid is received in this time frame, the bidding on that lot is extended for 1 additional minute. This can repeat numerous times No contingencies are offered or acceptable regarding the purchase of any item in this auction. Any qualified bidder may bid on the merchandise in this auction including the auctioneer, agents, and staff.
Purchases must be picked up during the advertised pick up hours. Failure to pick up on time will result in your credit card being charged at the end of pick up hours. You may also incur up to a $25.00 reschedule fee if auctioneer is required to make a special trip to the auction site.
The purchaser is responsible for the merchandise once the auction ends, including packing and loading at the pickup site. Bring any equipment you may need and or help to assist in moving, packing and loading.

The individual who appears as the registered bidder will be responsible for any and all purchases made on his/her registration (bid number) A 14% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the contract price. 3% discount for CASH payment. 7% North Carolina Sales and Use Tax will be added to the contract price unless a signed hard copy of an exemption certificate is on file with the auctioneer.
 Any and all legal issues that might stem from this or any of our auctions will be handled locally in Rockingham County N.C.
