All items are full price on first day of sale. Remaining items will be 50% off on the second day.
All items are sold as is. There are NO refunds.

There will be a sign up sheet APPROXIMATELY 1 hour before the sale on the front door.

If you wish to leave a bid on any item over $50, please ask for a bid sheet. Minimum bid must be a minimum of 60%.

Buyer is responsible for moving/removal of furniture. Furniture must be removed BEFORE the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO REMOVE FURNITURE and any other large items. We are not movers, we only facilitate the sales of all items in the home. Please prepare accordingly.

We have begun staging the outbuildings. Some pictures of these buildings have been added.

We have added a Blue 1977 Chevrolet Sport Van

Shows 243,000 miles on odometer. Van has a NEW Chevy 350 Crate motor with approximately 10,000 miles. Van has been used to tow 30 ft camper trailer. It also has heavy duty radiator and transmission cooler installed and new tires. Owners are traveling across country and need to sell this van. Title will be in hand at the sale.

The home is full of furniture, two kitchens, two packed outbuildings, another outbuilding with yellow poplar wood beams and old reclaimed bricks and pavers. There are two queen size beds with head and footboards, and two twin size beds with head and footboards. There is even a "Christmas" room full of decor and trees.
