CUSTOMERS SHOULD PULL ONE NUMBER PER PERSON. ONLY ONE PERSON PER NUMBER WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY **** NUMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SALE.

We will not honor any signup sheet with written names on it.

All items are sold AS IS

We will accept cash and credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). There is a 3% charge for credit AND debit cards. There is also a $10 minimum for debit cards.

NO checks

Buyer is responsible for moving/removal of furniture. Furniture must be removed BEFORE the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO REMOVE FURNITURE and any other large items. We are not movers, we only facilitate the sales of all items in the home. Please prepare accordingly.

NO stealing or we will call the police.

We do not reveal any prices prior to an estate sale. We can assist with inquiries on further descriptions of items.

All items are full price on the first day. Items will be reduced to 40% on the second day.

Please join us this weekend for our next great estate sale in Rocky Mount.  We have a beautiful and well maintained 3200 square foot home with a garage.  

The sale will include beautiful furniture (in excellent condition) for every room of the home, contemporary home decor, men and women's clothing and shoes, electronics, a full kitchen, area rugs, books, gunsafe, outdoor sports related items (fishing and hunting), a Bowflex and Sole E55 elliptical machine and much more. 

 

The garage will include shelving, power and hand tools, yard tools, a large selection of ammunition reloading items and supplies,  some outdoor furniture, outdoor planters and much more.
