6. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

8. There are no public restrooms at this sale.
9. We are not responsible for accidents.
10. We reserve the right to refuse to serve or allow entrance to anyone.
11. There will be a sign up sheet 1 hour before the sale. You must return by sale start time to secure your place in line.

You don’t want to miss this sale at a COMPLETELY FULL 5,000 square foot house with a basement and garage full of tools.
We have tons of antiques, vintage decor and furniture, cast iron, tons of kitchen items, Hoosier cabinet, pie safe, sewing machines, lamps, chairs, tables, and so much more. We have several guns that will be available for purchase and then pickup at a local gun shop. No guns will be able to be taken after purchasing from the property. We also have a freezer and a great riding lawn mower. Tons of antique tools and items that were pulled from the barns. Antique swings, bikes, wagons, crates, and tons of wood. There is lots of green and pink depression glass. There is lots of vintage McCoy & Hull. There is TONS of lumber around the property and building materials.
