ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS
All items must be removed by end of sale.
**Small children need to be supervised at all times**
We always try to have adequate staff to ASSIST in moving and loading large items
We will have only a limited number of boxes and wrapping, please plan on bringing boxes and wrapping for your purchases.
Please do not block street or traffic, be courteous of neighbors
Homeowner nor Estate Solutions are responsible for injuries or accidents during sale.
We gladly accept cash or credit cards and NEVER charge extra for credit/debit cards, however we DO NOT accept checks
Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. We feel that we price fairly from the start, and hold FIRM on day 1 to be fair to ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR CLIENTS. Please don't ask for discounts on day 1, as we will have to turn you down.
We open the second day with a standard discount (usually 50%) and MAY negotiate lower in the last hour of the sale (we do not allow customers to stock pile merchandise until the last hour!)

Attention! Entry to Sale and gun sales procedures for the sale are as follows: (No exceptions)
Entry Numbers will be given out beginning approximately 8:00 am. WE DO NOT HONOR ANY OTHER NUMBER SYSTEM THAN OUR OWN. WE DO NOT USE SIGNUP SHEETS OR CUSTOMER PRODUCED NUMBERS. A LINE WILL NEED TO BE FORMED UNTIL OUR EMPLOYEES ARRIVE ONSITE.
Entry Numbers will be for access to the sale building only. The gun area will be restricted (approximately 4 customers will allowed shopping at one time). A line will be formed inside the building but outside the gun area for entry....4 customers shopping gun room then one customer out, one customer in.
Valid Picture Identification is REQUIRED for ALL gun purchases.. You must be legally allowed to purchase a firearm.
North Carolina permits are required for all handguns sales.
All Firearms MUST be paid for in the firearms area, no guns will be "held". Once purchase is complete, buyer must remove the firearm from the building and lock in your vehicle if you wish to continue shopping. No firearms will be allowed to be carried around inside the sale building.
