*DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR PARK IN NEIGHBORS YARDS, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS PROPERTY!
* Sale starts promptly As scheduled -No early sales or previews. Do not call or email for prices.
* All items sold "AS IS" *Sign up sheet will be at the front door, we will take 5-10 people at the time once doors open.
*Bring packing materials & help to remove items, insurance purposes do not allow our staff to move things.
* Do not block driveways or fire hydrants. Watch for no parking signs and other streets to park.
* Do not Pull a tag if you are not committed to purchasing it.
*Arrange to bring your own moving help. REPEAT! Bring your own moving help! We cannot guarantee there will be assistance. All items must be taken at the time of purchase No exceptions. If purchasing large furniture you MUST bring manpower and blankets/moving supplies. You will be responsible for any damage caused by moving furniture. Any damage to walls, floors or interior will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
*All sales are final. Please inspect all items prior to purchasing. NO REFUNDS.
