We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM and the door will open promptly at 9AM. There is no pre-registration. Entry will be limited and controlled.
