What type of auctions do you conduct? In-person and online.
From downsizing to liquidating personal property, we can help maximize your asset value by conducting an in-person or online auction.
How do I bid on items in our auctions?
Bidders can register via our online portal to receive an active bidder profile. From there, you can bid on the active online auction taking place. If we conduct an in-person auction, you must register with a valid driver's license to receive a bidder card.
What forms of payment do we accept?
In-person auctions, we will accept cash and credit cards (Checks are not accepted), and online, all payments are processed via the auction portal under your bidder profile. All online/ in-person credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Sales Tax:
A 7% NC Sales Tax will be applied to all transactions except for titled items.
Buyers Premium:
A 15% Buyers Premium will applied to all transactions unless otherwise advertised.
Warranty/Auction Announcements:
All sales are final. All items are sold as-is, without warranty. All auction day announcements precede any previously printed material or other oral statements.

This catalog includes an enclosed trailer, Ferris Zero-Turn mower, commercial lawn equipment, silver flatware, garage items, Harley Davidson Clothing, and parts. The catalog has less than 75 lots. The utility trailer has a clear NC Title in hand.

The auction ends on July 17th, with lots starting a soft close at 6:30 p.m. – SET YOUR REMINDERS NOW!
Auction personnel can participate in the auction with an active bidder card.
All successful bidders can pick up on July 19th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the pick-up date. This includes the carport. The successful bidder for the carport is responsible for disassembly/removal by the 1 pm deadline on the 19th. Any items not picked up or having shipping arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be the property of J-PAC Auction Co.; NO REFUNDS will be given for abandoned items.
The pick-up address is in Sherrills Ford, NC, and will be provided to all successful bidders.
All successful bidders will receive the pick-up details on their invoice. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The auction is online, and credit cards are the only payment method accepted. J-PAC Auction Co. is not responsible for theft, damage, or injury when the buyers pick up.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND PACKING THEIR ITEMS. We have a limited supply of packaging items.
Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Our preferred shipping partner is UPS Store 3364. J-PAC Auction Co. is not responsible for shipping damage, theft, or loss due to Mother Nature.
