1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Deceased estate auction in Sophia, N.C. to be conducted on Saturday March 18th beginning at 10:00am. Deceased estate of Robert "Larry" and Elsie Hopkins. Auction address is 4225 Pearl Ave. Sophia, N.C. 27350. Auction will feature Ford 4000 tractor, Honda Rancher four wheeler(runs), Snap-on and MAC toolboxes, implements, numerous tools, lots of boxes of hardware, power tools, some metal, hand tools, ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, wrenches, parts cleaner, band saw, welder, plasma cutter, yard decorations, lumber, yard tools, household, some furniture, and lots more.
