1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents! Large estate tag sale in Sophia, N.C. to be conducted on Friday July 19th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday July 20th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 3636 Old Marlboro Rd. Sophia, N.C. 27350. Please note that driveway at residence will require a walk. Driveway must be kept clear for loading and unloading. Sign-up sheet will be posted each day one hour prior to sale start time. Line will form at side of house where "Line Forms Here" sign is posted. Thank you for your cooperation.
