1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents! Estate tag sale in Sophia, N.C. to be conducted on Friday June 27th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday June 28th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 7228 Hwy. 311 Sophia, N.C. 27350. Plenty of parking available in fields beside of house. A sign-up sheet will be placed at garage door located at rear of house one hour before sale start time on each day. Sale will feature Bunce 12' x 28' building, outdoor playhouse, furniture, antiques, cast iron, collectibles, toys, Case XX knives, assorted pocketknives, tools, German black forest cuckoo clocks, racing collectibles, Richard Petty collectibles, household, outdoor shed and playhouse, vintage (1990's) denim (Levis and more), vintage overalls, cowboy boots, fishing items, Super Nintendo game system and games (sold as group), K products and more trucker hats, kitchenware, Franklin Mint John Deere knives and pocket watches, Bunce building (12' x 28'), outdoor playhouse, costume jewelry, swords and more.
