Numbers will be given out 1 hour before sale starts. Entrance will be thru front door and checkout and exit is thru the garage.
We do not honor homemade signup sheets.
Cash is preferred at the sale, but cards and checks will be accepted. Also accept Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Tax will be charged as it became law in NC on 2-2020 for auctions and estate sells. Very sorry about this tax charged.

There is a 3% fee charged on credit cards.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect each item they are purchasing. No previews or pre-sales prior to sale.
We are unable to quote prices prior to sale day.
All items must be removed by end of sale. Please plan to load your items yourself as we may or may not have anyone available to assist.

Nice sale in a beautiful home in town of Stanley area in Lincoln County.

Vintage Link Taylor kingsize bed is available as a pre sell for 300.00. If you are also interested in the matching chest of drawers, it will be an additional 100.00. Very nice pieces.
Mint Stanley china cabinet available as a pre sell for 110.00. Dimensions are 80.5 high x 15 deep x 55 wide. Cabinet is lighted and has 2 glass shelves.
Very nice large Ashley furniture entertainment center for 300.00. Have receipts where they purchased this in 2005 for 2300. It can be used as 3 separate pieces of furniture. Light is a touch light. It will also expand in case you want to use a larger tv. Total dimensions are 116 x 82 high x 25 deep. Each end separately is 36" wide. The center lower table that can also be used separately is 44" wide. This is a deal!
Mint round kitchen table with 4 chairs is available as a pre sell for 300. Very nice set at a great price!
Very nice dining room table and 6 chairs is available as a pre sell for 350.00. One of the chairs is an arm chair. Chairs have been recovered. Dimensions are 42 wide x 66 long x 29 high. Extra leaf adds another 18" to table.

The homeowner moved to a home that she redesigned. She replaced light fixtures, ceiling fans and mirrors. These are very nice and are available in this sale.
