We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
This wonderful estate sale will feature a large house packed FULL of a lifetime accumulation of fine furnishings, sterling, Waterford crystal, china, glassware, coins, rugs, mirrors, clocks, decorative accessories, dolls, many old handmade quilts, and so much more!

Towle "Old Master" sterling flatware service for 12 plus many extras ~ including serving pieces. Other miscellaneous sterling flatware of "Breton Rose" by Rogers, "Melbourne" by Oneida, and a few pieces of holloware.
Childhood toys and dolls from the 1950s-1960s
Years ago, the Elliott family owned the ice cream store in Statesville so there are collectible items such as an ice cream parlor table, chairs, mixers, and books on the subject matter.

Entry will be controlled and line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8:00am Saturday morning ~ the door opens promptly at 9 sharp. The numbers will be on the porch again at noon on Sunday with the door opening at 1:00pm.
