Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Be sure to attend this estate sale featuring beautiful antique furniture and specialty items....plus original artwork, unique pieces, china, glassware, quilts, pottery, and so much more.
In addition to the lovely furnishings there are several pieces of handicap equipment: hospital bed & side table, patient lift apparatus, shower wheelchair & regular wheelchair and other items.
Check back every day this week as the set-up process continues. Final updates, additions, and deletions will be posted by Friday evening.
In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM Saturday morning and the door opens promptly at 9 AM. Entry will be controlled and limited to 25 shoppers at a time. There will not be lineup numbers on Sunday.
