The seller may remove items up until the day before the sale. Your Estate Solutions will try to publish the removal of any item on this
site the day before the sale starts. We also try to mark larger ticket items that have sold during the sale each evening. If you are coming
for something in particular, please call ahead.
First come, first in line, first in the house!   No sign-up sheets or numbers will be given out.
We are not responsible for your children.
We collect the appropriate NC SALES TAX unless you have a NC Resale # on file.
We do not disclose prices in advance unless it's an item that requires a loan to be acquired in advance for purchase.
