All items are priced fairly based on quality and market value.
Pricing is semi-firm. Reasonable offers will be considered, but low-ball offers will be politely declined.
No items will be held without payment. To secure an item ahead of time via our online pre-sale window, payment must be made in full.
2. Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept Cash, Venmo, and Cash App.
For digital payments, the transaction must show as completed on our device before items can be removed from the premises.
3. "Bring Your Own Muscle" Loading Policy
Strictly Bring Your Own Muscle: Buyers are 100% responsible for the dismantling, lifting, moving, and loading of all purchased items.
No loading assistance, moving equipment, or tools will be provided on-site.
Please bring a large enough vehicle and enough helpers to safely move large furniture items (such as the 7-piece Kincaid bedroom suite or the Thomasville dining pieces) down stairs and through doors.
4. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold "As-Is, Where-As" with no guarantees or warranties.
Please inspect all items thoroughly (including electronics and vintage mechanical items like typewriters) before purchasing.
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
5. Removal of Items
All purchased items must be removed from the property by the conclusion of the final morning session on Saturday, July 25th.
Any items left behind after the close of the sale will be considered abandoned and forfeited without a refund.
6. Property Liability
Please watch your step. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or personal property damage that occurs on or around the premises during sale hours.
Buyers will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the home's walls, floors, or doors while attempting to move large items out.
