Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Attention antique/vintage lovers!
Here’s the sale you’ve been waiting for ~ a 116 year old restored farmhouse that features room after room of wonderful antique cupboards, wardrobes, dressers, tables, chairs, copper, brass, clocks, scales, trunks, etc... except for a few items, everything is either vintage or old!
Mark this as a “favorite sale” so that you can receive updates (final notes will be by Fri evening)!
A partial list includes the original old doors, John Deere mower, Craftsman yard cart, several pieces of bentwood twig furniture, kitchenware, glassware, china, dishes, rugs, lamps, artwork, old solid wood doors original to the house, plus a detached garage filled with coastal decor from the beach house & many other pieces of Lexington bedroom furniture, old farm tables, Windsor-style chairs, and random household items
*** In fairness to others, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.
*** Although we have staff to help load some of the furniture, there are many oversized wardrobes so you might need a professional mover. Everything must be removed from the house by Monday morning, so please plan ahead and bring your own truck or trailer! Limited local delivery available for hire.
ENTRY INFO: there will be two entrances and two cashiers ~ the main house AND a huge detached garage (to the left of the house).
We will honor a sign-up sheet, but there will be no numbers ~ please just line-up at each of the entrances (front door of the house and white picket gate at the garage). Entry will be limited and controlled. ***The first person that starts the sign-up sheet on Sat/Sun morning should take a photo for a timestamp.
So far, this is our largest sale of the year and we hope to see you this weekend!
