We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Plans are underway to sell everything in the house ~ furniture & home decor for every room........here’s  just a partial list:  an antique barrister’s bookcase, 4 queen beds, many chairs, outdoor pieces, a dining table with 8 chairs plus a matching cabinet & sideboard.

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM on Saturday (NO lineup numbers on Sunday).  The door will open promptly at 9 AM Saturday and at 1 PM Sunday.  

Entry will be limited to 25 shoppers at a time.
