The seller may remove items up until the day before the sale. Your Estate Solutions will try to publish the removal of any item on this
site the day before the sale starts. We also try to mark larger ticket items that have sold during the sale each evening. If you are coming
for something in particular please call ahead.
First come, first in line, first in the house! No sign-up sheets and no numbers will be given out.

Please note that Wall St. public road ends, however, you will need to continue on the unpaved farm road to the end where the home is located. Plenty of parking. There will not be public restrooms available due to broken pipes! There is a gas station as you turn on Wall St. You may want to stop on your way to the sale!
The farm has sold and we are conducting a tag sale for Mr. Pardue who has moved to an assisted living facility.
