Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

One day only: Sat Jan 6th from 9 til 2
Who wants to have the coolest looking dining room table and chairs? We’ve got a unique 8’ by 4’ Padauk wood table with 8 chairs!
Partial list: pair of matching sofas by Southwood, two 9’x 12’ handmade rugs, two king size beds, various side tables, wicker porch furniture, vintage Marge Carson sofa, home décor & accessories, oversized mirrors, daybed, desk, glassware, kitchenware, copying machine, yard art, treadmill, Schwinn Air Dyne bike, electronics, power tools….check back every day this week for updates!
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM and the door will open promptly at 9AM.
Entry will be limited & controlled to 25 shoppers at a time!
***In fairness to everyone there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes!
* Final updates (deletions/additions) will be by Friday evening!
Despite the weather forecast for SAT, we’ll be open from 9AM til 2PM on SAT (with possible scheduled furniture pick-up on Sun & Mon).
