1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale in Summerfield, N.C. to be conducted on Friday January 29th((10:00am-04:00pm) and Saturday January 29th(09:00am-02:00pm). Sale address is 4208 Joseph Hoskins Rd. Summerfield, N.C. 27358. Sale will feature fine furniture, rugs, pottery, Virginia Metalcrafters/Baldwin brass items, Sterling silver bowls, porcelain, crystal, glassware, kitchenware, household, tools, outdoor items and more. Please check photo captions for details. We thank you for your continued support! We recommend wearing masks. We will be practicing social distancing. Hand sanitizer will be available. If you do not feel well or do not feel safe then please do not attend. We reserve the right to limit the number of customers inside of residence.
