**EFFECTIVE MAY 2, 2016, WE WILL NO LONGER USE A SIGN UP SHEET. WE WILL USE THE NUMBER SYSTEM. CUSTOMERS SHOULD PULL ONE NUMBER PER PERSON. ONLY ONE PERSON PER NUMBER WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY **** NUMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SALE.
**PLEASE BRING HELP TO MOVE AND LOAD LARGER ITEMS**
We will accept cash and credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). There is a 3% charge for credit cards. This does not include debit cards.
NO checks
This will be a Friday and Saturday Sale. Items will be 50% off at 12:30 pm on the second day. We close briefly at 12:00 pm for 15 minutes to allow time to organize for reductions.
All items are sold as is. There are NO refunds.
There will be a sign up sheet APPROXIMATELY 1 hour before the sale on the front door.
If you wish to leave a bid on any item over $50, please ask for a bid sheet. Minimum bid must be a minimum of 60%.
Buyer is responsible for moving/removal of furniture. Furniture must be removed BEFORE the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO REMOVE FURNITURE and any other large items. We are not movers, we only facilitate the sales of all items in the home. Please prepare accordingly.
NO stealing or we will call the police.
We do not reveal any prices prior to an estate sale. We can assist with inquiries on further descriptions of items.
