No early sales or price quotes are given over the phone or email.
Sign up sheet will be used. Sign up sheet starts 2 hours prior to sale.
Bring CASH. Credit Cards accepted w/ 3.5 % service charge. We DO accept checks with proper ID. Due to NC State law, sales tax will be collected unless you have a valid resale tax number.
Bring your own packing materials and boxes. There is NO EXTRA STAFF so please bring your own help when buying furniture or large bulky items.
All merchandise must be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.
All items sold as-is, where is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Valuables are removed from the site until the start of the sale and premises are monitored.

Alexander Estate Sales Of NC Is Honored To Be Assisting Greta Bruce In Her Downsizing Sale Of The Contents Of Her 5000 Square Foot Home In The Country.

The Bruce family has lived in their beautiful custom designed home for over 20 years, Greta has been an avid gardener and collector of antiques, art, western memorabilia and collectibiles. She has filled her home with these items. Her deceased husband Johnny was formally a coach and teacher at Alexander County schools in the 70's while working with local race teams. He left teaching in the early 80's to join his friend Harry Gant's crew fulltime with Burt and Hal's Skoal Bandit race team. He eventually joined US Tobacco Co/Copenhagen Skoal in a career in their events and promotions division,  spending many years in the world of Rodeo. He then retired from US Tobacco Co and moved back to Alexander County where they raised their children.

We will offer via the tag sale method the items that the Family has not taken to their new residence. Items include:
