VanHoy Auction and Realty is pleased to announce both an upcoming live auction and estate tag sale. The heirs of Mr. Bobby Allen Sipple, deceased, plan to liquidate their fathers estate utilizing both methods prior to the sale of the property. The estates tag sale will include all of the household items and the auction will include only the 3 scooters, the lawn mower, and the leaf blower. Due to the number of items the estate sale will be conducted over a 3 day period. The auction will occur on May 23rd at 10:00 A.M. at the residence.
