Invoices will be sent on Sunday, Pickups will be Monday and Tuesday on-site from 9am to 3pm. NO FORKLIFT ON SITE, so plan accordingly as some lots are VERY heavy. Bring your own help to load as the ladies checking you out will not be able to help. Shipping will start on Thursday.

Will be on-site at the estate location. Everything is sold as-is, where is and the purchaser will be responsible for loading and removing. There is no forklift on location at the property and lots of these items are VERY heavy, so plan accordingly. We will ship the small items, but nothing larger than a suitcase will be shipped.
