TERMS: 5% Buyer’s Premium. 7% NC Sales Tax will be charged on all auctions(estate and auction house) due to legislation/law enacted on 02/01/2020 classifying auctioneers as "marketplace facilitators". We thank you in advance for your cash or good check; we will also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover with a 3% transaction fee that will be applied to all credit/debit card purchases. Valid driver’s license and phone number will be required to register for a number. Everything being sold as is, where is, no warranties expressed or implied. All sales final. Buyer assumes responsibility of item on completion of bid. Sellers reserve the right to add or delete items. Information provided is believed to be accurate, however, it is not guaranteed. All announcements made day of auction take precedent over any advertisements. It is the policy of Ellis Auction Company that a permit or Concealed Carry will be required for all gun purchases.
