Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. A NC Sales Tax of 7% will apply to all purchases unless a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is presented.
3. No prices given prior to sale.
4. No pre-sales.
5. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
6. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
7. Please bring help for loading of large items.
8. Not responsible for accidents.
9. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
10. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
11. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.

                                                         Gun, Knife, Gold and Silver Auction!
Gun, knife, gold and silver auction to be conducted on Saturday August 29th beginning at 06:00pm. Sale will be conducted at the auction house located at 13 Boyles St. Thomasville, N.C. 27360. Preview for auction begins at 04:30pm. Guns and knives are from one local living estate(name withheld per request). Sale will include 50 guns, 50 knives and 75 gold and silver lots. Items will not be on premises until day of sale. All gun purchases will require a permit or copy of CCW. Sales tax will be charged at 7% rate per N.C. law(effective Feb.1, 2020). Coins are not taxed. Buyers premium of 5% charged in house. Absentee and phone bidders will be charged 10% buyers premium. We will be practicing social distancing. Masks are encouraged.
