1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Militaria, Guns and Collectibles Auction!
Militaria, guns and collectibles auction to be conducted on Saturday April 17th beginning at 06:00pm. Preview begins at 04:30pm. Auction address is 13 Boyles St. Thomasville, N.C. 27360. This is the auction house address. This will be the final sale for two deceased estates along with some other consignments. Deceased estate of Michael Blizzard and other name withheld per family request. Auction will feature guns, bayonets, fighting knives, daggers, WW2 items, military gear and equipment and other military related items. Please see photo captions for details.. Permits or CCW are required for all gun purchases ( long guns and pistols/no exceptions ). Masks are recommended. We will be practicing social distancing. Hand sanitizer is available.
