2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Due to weather, we have moved the final day of this sale to Sunday January 30th (12:30pm-04:00pm) Please note that due to the extremely cold temperature this weekend a sign-up sheet will be placed outside at exactly 11:30 am on Sunday January 30th. It will have our logo at top. No handwritten sign-up sheets will be honored. Estate tag sale in Thomasville, N.C. to be conducted on Friday January 28th (10:00am-03:00pm) and Sunday January 30th (12:30pm-04:00pm). Sale will feature fine furniture, sterling silver, silver dollars, costume jewelry, toys, mid-century furniture and accessories, books, collectible glass (Lalique, Waterford and more), antiques, collectibles, kitchenware, household, clothes and more.
