Per NC Senate Bill 557 (S.B.557), beginning February 1, 2020 all Estate/Tag Sale and Auction operations MUST collect sales tax.
- We are not responsible for for accidents or injuries.
- Public restrooms are available during the sale.
- Please lock your vehicle(s) before entering the sales area.
- Please be respectful of other business property when parking.
- LIMITED PARKING AT THE WAREHOUSE. Please park in gravel areas only and curbside on Stanley Avenue. You are responsible
for parking legally and for your safety to and from your vehicle.

Mandated North Carolina State Sales Tax will apply to all purchases.
Seller reserves the right to add or delete items.
Driver's License is required to register for a Bidder Number.
