1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Remaining Contents 50% off! Estate tag sale to be conducted on Friday November 10th from 10:00am till 3:00pm and Saturday November 11th from 9:00am till 2:00pm. Sale address is 13 Boyles St. Thomasville, N.C. 27360. A sign-up sheet will be paced outside front door one hour prior to start time on each day. Sale will feature all types of toys, antiques, collectibles, advertising, some furniture, some tools, fishing, military and more. Lifetime collector's estate has been moved offsite to be sold as estate tag sale format. Please check photo captions for details. This will be a great sale with something for everyone.
