1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off with exception of coins, silver and gold! Estate tag sale in Thomasville. N.C. to be conducted on Friday July 26th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday July 27th from 10:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 13 Boyles St. Thomasville, N.C. 27360. This is the building address. Sign-up sheet will be placed at front door of building one hour prior to sale start time on each day.
