1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents. Estate tag sale in Thomasville, N.C. to be conducted on Saturday January 18th from 9:00am-2:00pm. This is day 2 of this sale. Remaining contents will be 50% off. Sale address is 911 Liberty Dr. Thomasville, N.C. 27360. Please note that parking is available in a large field behind the house. There is plenty of parking available in this field. Please do not park on main road. Please follow signage for guidance. Sale entrance is at rear of house. Sale will feature furniture, China, pottery, collectibles, vintage toys, household, albums and 45 records, books, kitchenware, home decor, Christmas, some outdoor items, costume jewelry, sterling jewelry, gold ladies watch, Case XX fly fishing knife, smalls and more.
