1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents with the exception of the Buick Century (2000.00) on Saturday. We do our best to mark what has been sold but this is a massive estate and there is no way to mark every sold item. Estate tag sale in Thomasville, N.C. to be conducted on Friday October 10th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday October 11th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 134 Maplewood Ave. Thomasville, N.C. 27360. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside the carport one hour before sale start time on each day. Please park on one side of the street (house side) to allow for free flowing traffic. Thank you for your cooperation. This mid-century time capsule will feature furniture, lighting, antiques, collectibles, holiday items, kitchen items, books (Thomasville, N.C. history books), records, clothing (some vintage), shoes, hats, accessories, prints, household, linens, bathroom items, outdoor items, paper ephemera, glassware, China, Morgan and Peace dollars display and more.
