Per NC Senate Bill 557 (S.B.557), beginning February 1, 2020 all Estate/Tag Sale operations MUST collect sales tax.
- WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP LOAD LARGE ITEMS.
If you expect to purchase Large Items, Please BRING HELP to load those items.
- We are not responsible for for accidents or injuries.
- We will accept Cash, Credit/Debit (3.5%* fee will be added to Credit/Debit Transactions.
A 5.5% fee will be added to manual entry Credit/Debit transactions).
- All items are sold As-Is and there are no guarantees or warranties implied.
- We may add or delete items before sale day.
- Prices are not communicated prior to the sale.
- Prices are FIRM and Will Not be discounted further!
- Public restrooms are not available during the sale.
- Items may be displayed inside and/or outside of the property . Please do not enter the sale area prior to the start of the sale.
- Line will form at the at the area designated by our sign(s).
- Please lock your vehicle(s) before entering the sales area.
- Please be respectful of neighbor's property when parking.
-DO NOT Park in the driveway.
- You are responsible for parking legally and for your safety to and from your vehicle.
- We will not start the sale early on the first day of the sale. We may at our discretion start the sale early on other days.
- Bring help to load your items.
