1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents! Estate tag sale in Trinity, N.C. to be conducted on Friday November 15th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday November 16th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Estate sale address is 116 Bouldin Ct. Trinity, N.C. 27370. Sale will feature fine furniture, pottery, glass, dolls, collectibles, some coins, racing collectibles, China, kitchenware, household, outdoor items, home decor, books, clothes and more. Please check photo captions for details. Parking is going to be tight. Please be respectful of neighbor's driveways and mailboxes. There is parking on the main road, but it is a short walk.
