1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents! Estate tag sale in Trinity, N.C. to be conducted on Friday March 14th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday March 15th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 5506 Braxton Craven Rd. Trinity, N.C. 27370. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside garage door one hour prior to start of sale on each day. There are items for sale in house, basement and building beside of house. Sale will feature antiques, toys, collectibles, household, furniture, tools, sheet metal tools, welders, pressure washer, generator, metal brakes, vintage clothing, linens, books (local history books), kitchenware, glassware, China, costume jewelry, military items (Korean War), High Point College/University ephemera, local Masonic ephemera, scrap metal and more.
