Word to the wise…USE MAPS TO COME Friday the quickest way, but SATURDAY, due to an in town event, best route is probably via Carolina Drive by the IGA if coming from SC locations, School St or W Howard St to Lockhart if coming from Columbus…
This estate has an amazing array of luxury items…Herend, Mottahedeh, Mintons, Steuben, Lalique, and Lenox as well as old French and Italian gilt wood items, a fabulous collection of gilt bronze dresser boxes and other items, a stunning plique a jour among them.
ITEMS ARE PRICED TO SELL but reflect the quality and value of the items…definitely a collectors sale for those who like the finer things… there is very little regular household stuff here, a little but quality is the hallmark of this particular sale!

PARKING… the next-door neighbor has generously agreed to allow our attendees to park on his property. He has a wraparound driveway, which is more than double wide on the upper part of the circle, the gate will be open and we ask you to mind for when parking that you need to allow vehicles to exit that driveway also so please park as far as you can to the left-hand side of the upper part of the driveway only, the lower part that goes underneath the house is only wide enough for one car so no parking on the lower level …
