* This is an online only auction
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. No guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Pictures are also considered a part of the description; please look at all pictures.
* There are no refunds or reverse bids, ask questions, if you have any, before you bid.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are satisfied that description and pictures are adequate foreknowledge of the item.
* Auction and Estate Services (AES) reserves the right to reject any bid at our discretion.
* NC taxes (7.25%) will be charged. If you have a tax exempt certificate, it must be emailed to sandyfidance@yahoo.com upon registration. We must have it on file at our location for it to be on your account.
* Buyer's premium rate charged: 18%.
* Payment types Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express
* Any item not picked up from the stated pickup location within ten (10) business days of conclusion of the auction will be forfeited, no matter of payment status. Items must be picked up on the assigned pick up days; there will be no extensions.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches.
* Cards on file with HIBID will be automatically be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please be sure your card on file with HIBID will be able to be charged your full total including buyers' premium (18%) and NC sales tax (7.5%). If your card on file is declined, we will contact you for payment once. If you do not respond, you will be banned from further auctions.
*Local Pick ups only - Please bring your own boxes, paper for wrapping your winnings, and HELP to load your items.
*Local pick ups customers- Neither Auction and Estates Services (AES) nor the seller is responsible for any accidents or harm to you or others that come with you or to your physical property when picking up at the designated pickup location.

Description & Details
This auction includes a plethora of vintage finds as well as some consignments items. Although several items have a reserve (required) bid amount at the request of the consignor, most items are offered with a minimum $1 bid. Bid increments are $1 on all items.
Pickups are scheduled for Friday, October 13 from 5:00-7:00 pm and Saturday, October 14 from 9:00am-12:00 pm. If you are not able to come during either of those windows, please email me before bidding to make alternate arrangements.
