Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

By entering the property and/or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Payment

* Venmo or Zelle are the preferred forms of payment.
* Cash is accepted, but no change will be provided. Please bring exact cash.

Loading & Removal of Items

* Bring help for large/heavy items. Staff/organizers cannot assist with lifting or loading.
* Purchasers are responsible for all lifting, moving, disassembly, and transportation of purchased items.
* Please remove your items promptly after purchase (or as directed by the organizer).

Sales Policy

* All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
* Items are sold as-is, where-is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

Check-In & Checkout Process

* Please check in with the organizer upon arrival for instructions on how to select items and complete checkout.
* Do not remove items from the home/property until payment has been confirmed and you’ve been cleared by the organizer.

Parking & Neighborhood Courtesy

* Please be respectful of neighbors.
* Do not park on the grass. Street parking must be on the street only.
* Do not block the driveway. Do not park in the driveway in a way that blocks other cars.
* If the two spaces at the bottom of the driveway are not available, please park on the street.

General Conduct & Safety

* Please treat the home and contents with care.
