This sale is for the estates of two elderly sisters who lived together their entire lives. The whole house is packed full from the first floor to the basement. In addition, a garage and an outbuilding are packed with glassware, collectibles, and tools. Their childhood home is also on the property and filled with their parents' antique items as well as lots of things the sisters collected over their lifetimes. These ladies seemingly kept almost everything and they both had a good eye for treasures.

The family home is very old and very full, so we will choose to limit the number of people inside at once for safety reasons. For this older home, there will definitely be a sign-up sheet beginning at approximately 6:45am; the first group of approximately 15-20 people allowed inside the home will be according to this sheet. We also suggest that you bring a flashlight. The photos for items located inside this home begin with photo #127.

The real estate will also be FOR SALE & will be auctioned on June 25th by Joe Southern (auctioneer, NCAL# 9375). This will include 2 homes, garage, outbuildings, and acreage. We will post more information on this soon. This home is occupied, NO TRESPASSING on property. Home will be open for viewing both days of this sale & then BY APPOINTMENT ONLY during the week after.
