As of February 2020 North Carolina requires that 7.25% sales tax to be collected at estate sales.
This is a state law and we have to charge sales tax and pay it every month.
We do not accept tax exempt status. Due to number of resellers, and we appreciate your business!!! But to report those transactions to the State of North Carolina is extremely time consuming every month and a lot of monthly/yearly paperwork has to be done on our end. We can provide you with a printed THRIFTY BLONDE ESTATE SALES receipt showing your sub-total and taxes paid so you can claim them on your state tax forms for credit. Thank you for your understanding!

NOTE: We had another FUN day! We sold a lot, but still have many treasures left! I tried to mark everything that sold, but many of the items are in groupings and could not be marked easily. There are still PLENTY of items for you to come purchase on Saturday at 75% off.
We are having a GREAT hosting this sale in a gorgeous 10,000 sq ft. home located at The Club at Longview.
Our clients are downsizing and have have some fabulous items for us to sale.
NOTE: This is a heavily secured community. You MUST enter the community at 8801 Longview Club Drive (right off of Tom Short Road. DO NOT relay on your GPS once the address is posted, your GPS might take you to an entrance gate that is coded, but not manned. Each customer must give the guard their first and last name and the vehicle tag will be recorded. There is security through out the community and Union County Sheriffs Deputies also patrol within the gates.
- You can enter the gate starting at 8:30 a.m. (no earlier) and we will have a sign-in sheet at the front door. It will be best to stay in your car or bring a chair to sit in the driveway. If you leave and then come back it might take you a awhile to get back through the main gate.
- There will be NO Thrifty Blonde Signs - they are not allowed.
**There was not a pre-sale for this home. We just got into the home late Saturday afternoon and had a lot of organizing, set-up, photos and lots of research before the sale started on Thursday. We did not have time to pre-sale this time.**
