Parking on one side of the street and side streets /leave room for a fire truck to get by
If you park incorrectly they will tow your vehicle in Waxhaw
You are responsible to load your own items (that means bring help!)
All items are sold "as is-where is"
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while on the clients property
If items are not picked up at appointed times and the sale has ended you will
not receive a refund!

The Bee Crew is all set for your arrival on Thursday/Friday.

Remember parking on one side of the street only. 

NOTE: There is a pool on the property and fenced properly but we are not responsible for anyone entering this area. Attend to your children or elderly parent! You are entering at your own risk. Also the property is wired and cameras are active so notice has been given you will be on camera.
