Sorry, we do not sale items before the sale starts.
All Sales are final. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
We kindly ask that you come prepared with boxes . and bags if you are planning to buy multiple items as we usually only have a few on hand.
If you are planning on purchasing furniture, we do ask that you have your own muscle on hand to move and transport your purchase.

Large purchased items that need to be moved must be picked up by close the last day of the sale.
We ask that you not bring large bags into the house. After your sales transaction we will secure your items while you get needed packaging to carry your items out if the house.
Any suspicious activity we have the right to question.
We want all our customers to enjoy their shopping in a safe environment.
